Hi, I’m Adrian Freuen. I’m a UX and product designer with over six years of experience designing digital products that help people accomplish meaningful tasks with clarity and confidence.
Right now, I work with the Defense Health Agency on web and mobile platforms that
support millions of users. My work spans both customer facing experiences and internal tools, and I focus on making complex systems feel simple and intuitive. I enjoy digging into user needs, untangling messy workflows, and turning that insight into clean design that helps teams deliver real results.
I collaborate closely with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design process, from early discovery through launch. I care deeply about building experiences that are inclusive and accessible, and I always aim to create designs that are not only usable, but also scalable and consistent across products.
I’m especially interested in how new technologies, including AI driven tools, can support better experiences for both users and organizations. I love working on projects where design has a direct impact and where thoughtful decisions can make everyday tasks easier.
Before moving into UX, I worked in visual design and communication in education and museum environments. That background shaped how I approach design today, with a strong focus on storytelling, clarity, and intentional visual structure.
If you are looking for a designer who can bring strategy and structure to complex challenges while keeping people at the center of the work, I would love to connect.
